history?
It 's saying HIRAGA GENNAI, former scholar in Edo period, popularize this
custom, do you know that?

I love "KABAYAKI" eel very much, but I don't eat it around "DOYO", because many
people eat it on that time, therefor the balance of supply and demand may be
clash, I think.
